It’s been a while now since I wrote the original review, and having spoken with Cory from Radian6 lately I know there has been a number of upgrades, but it does help you grade the reach of influence of those people who are part of the conversation around your brand and yes you can export to excel.

Pleased you’re going to be giving it a go – I’m sure you’ll be impressed!

Hi Ben,
If you look at how much it would costs to do it all manually, it’s still worthwile! My question is (actually, my questions are!): do you get to know the reach of each conversation and the total readership for each venue? And can you dowload the conversations in an excel spreadsheet to perform additionnal analysis if needed? I’ve requested demo, I can’t wait to see it! Thanks for the review

I’m intending on testing Trackur in a little more detail, so once I’ve done that I expect I’ll post a review to my blog. Will of course let you know when I do. It’s certainly an attractive option and one that I’ve recommended publicly on Twitter before, so should really substantiate that with a review.

Hi Ady,

Thanks for stopping by. It’s probably looking more like $500 per month – very much a blue chip price-point I feel. Saying that, I met with a guy yesterday that said that they would consider pricing a cut-down version for SME’s.

It’s definitely on another level compared to Trackur, as it’s got it’s own crawl data, automatic and manual sentiment analysis, engagement panels, etc, etc…really cool, but the only catch is that you’ve got to pay for it!

If you’ve got the right sized client who’s willing to pay for it, and who is quite serious about understanding the conversations around the brand then I’d certainly put this into the hat.

Thanks for the review – interesting stuff. $200 per month for agencies? Does this allow unlimiied clients?

Also how does Radian compare to say Trackur – better / worse?
